Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The specialist will also engage in HR management tasks, enhancing employer branding, and effective communication with potential and existing employees to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The role involves closely collaborating with department managers to determine hiring needs and developing hiring strategies.

• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
