Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Kanpur. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer support, and managing customer service. Daily tasks include making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing information about our training programs, and converting leads into enrolled students. The role also involves maintaining customer databases and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales ( 3+ Years )
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
