Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll professional based in Mumbai. The individual will handle payroll administration, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, and manage employee compensation and benefits processes. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with HR teams to address personnel management concerns, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment regulations. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders and calls for precision, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Management and Personnel Management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and practices related to compensation and compliance
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and payroll administration
• High proficiency in communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant HR and payroll software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and payroll regulations
