Location : Bangalore WFO – Monday to Friday, Initial 2 months – 8 AM – 5 PM IST), Post 2 months (Remote)

Core Responsibilities

• Onboarding & HR Data Management: Handle end-to-end onboarding processes and manage HR data transactions in Workday, including updates to employment data, one-time payments, and termination dates.
• Compliance & Case Management: Ensure adherence to compliance checks and proper case handling within Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR operations.
• Employee Data Updates: Perform bulk updates such as manager changes, promotions, and voluntary/involuntary resignations in Workday.

• Ownership & Accountability: Candidates must demonstrate responsibility in completing tasks, proactive communication, and clarity in problem-solving.
• Strong emphasis on professional behavior, willingness to ask questions, and research before seeking help.
• Workday Expertise: Deep understanding of Workday transactions and organizational structure (Super Org, manager data, payroll cutoffs).

Technical Expectations

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Workday for HR data transactions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with PeopleSoft; ServiceNow exposure is acceptable but considered easily trainable.
• Tier 2 Experience: Ability to execute complex updates beyond Tier 1 navigational support.
