Conduct data analysis to support HR functions. Suggest creative ideas to enhance employee performance. Track employee calendars and manage vacations and leaves according to the company’s official leave policy. Interact with various employees daily. Stock snacks for employee consumption and manage related expenses. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Completed an HR internship. Strong leadership qualities and excellent teamwork skills. Ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Experience in training managers and employees.
