Human Resources Manager

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects related to human resources. Your primary tasks will include overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, HR strategy and planning, as well as data analysis and reporting. In terms of recruitment and hiring, you will take charge of the end-to-end process which includes posting job openings, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and finalizing hiring decisions. Additionally, you will play a key role in addressing and resolving any employee issues that arise, promoting positive work relationships, and ensuring a conducive work environment through the implementation of relevant policies. Moreover, you will be tasked with designing and executing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, alongside managing career development initiatives. Performance management forms another critical aspect of your role, involving the development of performance assessment systems, conducting reviews, and providing constructive feedback to team members. Your responsibilities will also extend to ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as maintaining and managing employee records. Furthermore, you will contribute to the strategic planning of our HR initiatives to align with the organization's overarching business objectives. Lastly, your duties will encompass analyzing HR data to discern trends, offering recommendations for improvement, and monitoring the efficacy of HR programs and policies.
