Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Kakinada.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department functions such as recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.

The role includes managing compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment.

The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation
• Skills in compensation and benefits management
• Proficiency in training and development and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kakinada
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is preferred
