Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor regulations and cost cutting, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities include implementing policies, managing payroll and performance reviews, conducting training and development programs, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will require proactive collaboration across teams to support an engaged and high-performing workforce.


Qualifications

  • Minimum

    5 to 7 years of experience

    in Human Resources management or a related role
  • Proficiency in

    recruitment

    , talent acquisition processes, and onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of

    labor laws

    ,

    compliance

    , and

    HR policies

  • Skills in performance management,

    payroll,

    and

    employee benefits administration

  • Experience in

    employee engagement, training

    and

    development

  • Effective communication

    and

    interpersonal skills

  • Ability to

    analyze HR metrics

    and contribute to

    organizational strategy

  • Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Human Resources,

    Business Administration

    , or related field;

    Master’s degree or HR certifications are advantageous
