Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Alchemy Chemicals in Ujjain. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and ensuring HR compliance with regulations.

CTC: 3.5-3.8 LPA

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Experience of 5+ years in the field of HR
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
