Job Description

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and cross-functional coordination for Rawls Wellness Pvt. Ltd. The role ensures the organization has the right talent, strong governance frameworks, and a high-performance culture across all units and branches.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Plan and forecast manpower aligned with business expansion and branch performance.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Rawls, Twamev, and Woxa roles.
  • Ensure right talent selection focusing on skills, role fit, and cultural alignment.
  • Optimize hiring timelines, budgets, and vendor productivity.

2. HR Policy, Compliance & Governance

  • Implement and enforce HR policies across all group entities.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labour law requirements.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, terminations, and ensure legally compliant exits.
  • Maintain and regularly update HR handbooks and guidelines.

3. Performance Management & KRA Governance

  • Design, implement, and monitor KRAs across departments.
  • Execute PMS cycles and ensure timely appraisals.
  • Drive performance improvement plans (PIPs) and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Provide leadership dashboards for performance insights.

4. Inter-Department Coordination & Conflict

  • Act as a neutral mediator for conflicts arising across departments.
  • Conduct counselling sessions and support role alignment.
  • Ensure structured escalation handling and reduce recurring conflict cases.

5. Training Coordination & Capability Development

  • Align training needs with operational and business goals.
  • Track training completion, skill certification, and employee readiness.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

6. Employee Engagement, Branch Visits & Culture Building

  • Conduct regular branch visits to strengthen HR connect and address employee concerns.
  • Drive engagement initiatives that enhance morale and retention.
  • Identify discipline risks and implement proactive corrective actions.
  • Serve as communication bridge between leadership and field teams.

7. HR Operations, Data & Reporting

  • Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
  • Ensure payroll processing, attendance accuracy, and employee master data integrity.
  • Strengthen HR systems, reporting standards, and process efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA in HR / PGDM or equivalent (Preferred).
  • 3–7 years of experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, PMS, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
