Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills for discussions, negotiations, and conflict handling
  • Good leadership and fair decision-making abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset, calm and logical in tough situations
  • Well-organized in managing recruitment, training, and performance
  • Knowledge of labor laws and company policies
  • Skilled in recruitment, hiring the right talent, and building strong teams
  • Adaptable to changing workforce needs and technologies
  • Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Analytical and data-driven in decision-making
  • Focused on employee growth, training, and career development
