About the Role

Personal Assistant to the CEO

This role offers exposure to leadership-level decision-making, coordination across departments, and a front-row view of how a design-led company runs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and travel plans.
  • Prepare meeting briefs, follow-up trackers, and summaries.
  • Handle daily correspondence, email communication, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.

2. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on key tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with teams for updates, reviews, and reports.

3. Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Assist in managing meetings, events, and leadership reviews.

4. Operational Support

  • Track action items, project timelines, and commitments.
  • Assist with vendor or client coordination as required.
  • Manage small administrative tasks that help streamline the CEO’s day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years

    of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Discretion, reliability, and high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in

    design, architecture, or creative firms

    is an advantage.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently.
  • Good sense of presentation and document formatting.
