Human Resources Manager

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Develop job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs

Performance Management:

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
• Set KPIs in collaboration with department heads
• Assist in training and career development planning

Payroll & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, salary, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate with the accounts team for timely salary disbursement

HR Operations:

• Maintain HRMS/employee database
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures
• Monitor workplace health & safety practices
