Data Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update data into internal systems and databases
• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generate reports from raw data as per management requirements
• Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical
• Coordinate with other departments for data requirements
• Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times
• Support automation and improvement of data processes where possible

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Good typing speed (30–40 WPM)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• Basic understanding of CRMs, ERPs, or similar platforms is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹26,734.65 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
