Human Resources Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior HR Manager at our organization in Vikhroli W, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of the HR function. Your role will involve implementing HR policies and procedures, leading recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and background verification - Maintain accurate employee records, handle performance management cycles, and administer employee relations and grievance redressal - Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements - Prepare and present HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to management - Manage exit formalities and drive employee engagement initiatives and rewards & recognition programs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in mid-sized organizations - Proficiency in salary structuring, tax deductions, and benefits administration - Hands-on experience in HR software / HRIS systems - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA/PGDM preferred If you are a seasoned HR professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational development and change management, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding opportunity.,
