About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and people-friendly HR Manager who’s ready to take the first step into the world of Human Resources. If you’re passionate about team building, communication, and helping create a positive work culture, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
• Help with onboarding and orientation for new team members
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Support day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Eager to learn and grow in an HR career
• Basic understanding of HR functions and tools (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Must be based in Surat or willing to relocate

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Understanding of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Internshala
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies or event planning
