Location: Surat, Gujarat (Local Candidates preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1+ years We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals through platforms like LinkedIn and Upwork, as well as local sales efforts. Responsibilities Respond to and manage inquiries on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients Maintain consistent follow-ups and communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Execute the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role Proven track record of success in handling LinkedIn and Upwork for lead generation Experience managing the full sales cycle, including deal negotiation and closure Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Show more Show less
