We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, improving hiring metrics, and building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor and improve recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various branding activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies.
