Job description Learning and Development Specialist Sales We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist in our HR team to train Sales to design, implement, and support impactful learning initiatives for our sales force across geographies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building product knowledge, selling skills, compliance awareness, and customer engagement capabilities for field and tele-sales teams. Prior experience in NBFC/BFSI sales training is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Sales Training & Enablement Design and deliver training modules for frontline sales staff, relationship managers, and sales supervisors on: Financial products ( LAP, Secured Loan, Mortgage Loan, etc.) Lead conversion techniques and objection handling Customer onboarding, documentation, and digital tools Conduct regular induction programs for new sales hires. Organize refresher training to bridge performance or compliance gaps. Coordination & Delivery Plan and execute classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions in collaboration with sales and regional managers. Identify underperforming clusters/teams and create focused intervention plans. Support product launches with training content and workshops. Content Development Create high-impact training materials, including sales playbooks, product guides, SOP manuals, and case studies. Develop microlearning content and short video modules for mobile-first learning. Assessment & Certification Design assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and product knowledge retention. Manage certification programs for sales staff. Performance & Feedback Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training design. Collaborate with Sales Ops and Business HR to link training effectiveness with KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, productivity, TATs). Compliance & Audit Ensure all training adheres to RBI regulations and internal sales process controls. Maintain training records for audit readiness and compliance reporting.
