  • Induction for New Entrants.
  • Payroll Administration.
  • Handling overall PF, PT, ESI.
  • Maintaining attendance and leave details.
  • Performance Management System.
  • Employee Relationships & Welfare Activities.
  • Handling Insurance.
  • Handling Exit formalities.
  • Drafting JDs for required positions.
  • Posting jobs on job portals.
  • Sharing profiles with the hiring manager.
  • Conducting telephonic interviews with selected candidates.
  • Setting interviews for candidates.
  • Assisting HR Manager with payroll management.
  • Handling exit formalities.
  • Plan bi-monthly events.
  • Employee engagement.
  • Also, admin-related works if needed.
