Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, addressing employee grievances, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that company policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 Years Experience in Real Estate Industry

• Strong recruitment and staffing skills, including experience with recruiting strategies and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Proficiency in performance management processes and techniques
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
