Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and performance management. They will work closely with company leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. Qualifications Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Relations skills Training and Performance Management experience Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred Skills Familiarity with recruitment software and ATS.
