Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. The role also includes developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will act as a key advisor to leadership, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Knowledge in HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
• Skills in Performance Management, Training, and Development
• Strong capabilities in Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, and Team Building
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications like SHRM or PHR are a plus
