Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs. Organize induction programs for new employees. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Implement employee engagement initiatives and activities. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. 3. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal documentation. 4. Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes and goal-setting cycles. Assist managers in employee development and improvement plans. Track probation reviews and performance evaluations. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain development records. 6. Payroll & Benefits Administration Collaborate with the finance department for timely and accurate payroll processing. Administer employee benefits, leaves, and reimbursements. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 1–5 years of experience in an HR role (depending on level). Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, BambooHR) and MS Office.
