Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven individuals to join our Pre-Sales team. The role involves lead qualification, nurturing potential clients, and setting up meetings or site visits for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in the early stages of the sales funnel and be the first point of contact for our prospects. Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling: Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads. Qualify potential clients based on interest and budget. Maintain timely and effective communication with all leads. CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update lead status in CRM regularly. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up details are recorded. Tag leads with appropriate remarks and next actions. Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings/site visits for the sales team. Coordinate with field sales team for client requirements and feedback. Act as a communication bridge between marketing-generated leads and sales closers. Client Engagement: Provide basic information about project details, pricing, offers, etc. Handle initial objections or FAQs from prospects. Build rapport with leads to improve engagement and conversion chances. Reporting: Share daily/weekly reports on lead status and progress. Highlight lead quality trends and feedback from client conversations. Required Skills: Excellent communication (English/Hindi/regional language) and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Basic understanding of sales process or real estate is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and data handling. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Team player with a positive attitude and professional approach. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
