Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for sales, marketing, and support staff.
  • Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Maintain and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry best practices.
  • Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and exit processes.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with sensitivity and fairness.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and support departments in KPI-based reviews.
  • Plan and execute training, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance and documentation related to employment laws and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate payroll with accounts and oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS systems.
  • Support management in creating a positive, motivating work environment and organizational culture.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the Real Estate or sales-driven industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/HR software tools.
  • Leadership mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
