Position Overview:

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role. At 3R Infotech, we’re seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee our talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational growth. You’ll be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with our mission, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management, you will ensure we attract and retain top talent. This role also includes developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting leadership in shaping a high-performance work environment. Key Requirements:

* Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in reputed software companies, managing HR functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

* Education: Preferably an MBA in HR from a prestigious management school with strong academic credentials.

* Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR requirements and skill sets needed for software development and sales business, with a focus on attracting and retaining top tech talent.

* Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and strong communication skills to effectively work with teams at all levels. Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capability.

* Strategic Thinking: Ability to drive HR strategies aligned with organizational growth, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
