Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager based in Chandigarh. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR policies, managing compliance, coordinating staff training, and supporting organizational growth. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for mentoring team members and fostering a positive workplace culture.
