Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager at The Chennai Silks in Tirupur, Tamilnadu, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Human Resources functions at the Corporate Office. Your role will involve playing a key role in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and ensuring the smooth implementation of HR policies and compliance across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for corporate office and key positions. - Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring. - Build talent pipelines for future requirements. - Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities. - Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). - Implement and update HR policies in alignment with corporate standards. - Drive appraisal cycles, feedback sessions, and goal-setting processes. - Work with managers to address performance improvement plans. - Recognize and reward high-performing employees. - Identify training needs and design training calendars. - Coordinate with external trainers/consultants as required. - Track training effectiveness and employee skill growth. **Qualifications:** - MBA / Masters in Human Resource Management (preferred). - Minimum 5 years of proven HR management experience. - Experience in corporate HR functions, preferably in retail, textiles, or apparel industry.
