Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and support roles
  • Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Develop and execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs
  • Draft and publish job descriptions across job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen profiles, shortlist candidates, and conduct HR interviews
  • Coordinate technical and final interview rounds
  • Oversee background verification and reference checks
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards

HR Operations & Employee Management

  • Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Support performance appraisal, training, and employee development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies

Strategic HR Support

  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and HR initiatives
  • Track recruitment and HR metrics to support informed decision-making
  • Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10–12 years of relevant HR experience

    , with strong exposure to recruitment
  • Mandatory experience in the Real Estate or Engineering industry

  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information

  • Proficiency in HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience working in mid to large-sized organizations
