We are seeking an experienced Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting legal documents, agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search. The candidate should be well-versed in various areas of law, with a proven track record of handling legal matters with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to agreements, contracts, conveyance deeds, and notices.
• Providing detailed replies to legal notices and assisting with legal correspondence.
• Conducting thorough title searches and verifying legal titles for property transactions.
• Representing the organization in legal matters, including negotiations and settlements.
• Offering legal advice and guidance to internal teams on different legal matters.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Managing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documents.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on drafting, agreements, conveyance deeds, notice replies, and title search.
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• LLB degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate law or real estate law.
• Familiarity with digital legal tools and software.
