🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for housing societies Generate and issue monthly maintenance bills Record all receipts, payments, and reconcile bank statements Prepare Trial Balance, Income & Expenditure statements, and Balance Sheet Assist in statutory compliance – GST, TDS, and Income Tax Coordinate with auditors for annual audits Maintain records of sinking fund, repair fund, and investments Handle defaulter tracking and interest calculation Assist the society management team in preparing financial reports and budgets Manage all accounting entries in Tally or equivalent software
