Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate with Shetye Estates, based in Bicholim, Goa. The Advocate will handle a variety of legal responsibilities, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal counsel, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and representing the organization in property matters. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with a professional team in a fast-paced real estate environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of property and real estate laws, regulations, and legal procedures Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts Excellent problem-solving, research, and analytical skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification, with a valid license to practice law Prior experience in real estate or property law is preferred
