Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support performance review processes and assist with training & development initiatives.
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues with discretion and professionalism.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
• Support HR projects like organizational development, succession planning, and policy revision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR role (generalist or relevant function).
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience working in a [insert industry, e.g., tech, manufacturing, etc.] environment.
