Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruiting, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR policies, implementing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and productivity, and maintaining accurate employee records.
