Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. Daily tasks will include liaising with department managers, recruiting new talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
