Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing various aspects of HR management. Daily tasks will include liaising with department managers, recruiting new talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience working in a consulting firm or similar industry is a plus Show more Show less
