Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Human Resources Consultant based in Surat. The Associate Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing HR support, managing employee relations, conducting recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The consultant will also assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR support, employee relations, and recruitment skills
• Experience in developing HR strategies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations
• Performance management, training, and development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in consulting or advisory roles is a plus
