Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and developing and enforcing HR policies. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, handling employee grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting overall HR functions.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and enforcing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in consulting or a similar industry is a plus
