Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at our Raipur location. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the HR department's daily operations. Tasks include recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Experience in recruitment, selection, and employee relations
• Proficiency in performance management, training, and development
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial HR role is a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
