Job Summary The incumbent will act as the Business Partner to the local business to attract, motivate and retain employees to meet the high performance culture of the Company. Providing a full spectrum of HR services in a professional manner. Job Responsibilities Constantly review and ensure that HR activities and policies are implemented in line with the statutory and business requirements and Country HR directives, including regular updates and improvements. Perform the overall recruitment function according to annual headcount plan including sourcing, conducting interviews, working with line managers on hiring decisions, conducting reference check, working out job offers, etc. Take care of new employees joining and help them integrate into the environment through a structured orientation program and probation follow-up. Implement training process including analyzing training needs, vendor/course sourcing, training administration, effectiveness evaluation, etc. Coach line managers in applying the corporate HR processes and tools effectively, such as company policies, performance management, annual salary review, competency review, talent management, etc. Keep track of the company business trend and future needs, and take the initiative to discuss with the General Manager and Regional HR to refine the organization structure and resources optimization. Keep abreast of the labor market development including C&B and resources availability, and recommend effective means to acquire, motivate and retain critical resources. Handle employee insurance, payroll and income tax to ensure legal compliance. Deal with employee relations matters in a professional manner including termination formalities and conduct exit interviews. Experience to deal with government bodies or labor relations office e.g. labor union, labor department etc. Hands on experience to manage and handle labor cases and make sure legally compliance for any disciplinary actions. Proactively support the management team to cultivate a positive working climate and inspire employee loyalty. Participate in country HR projects and activities when required. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Ideally 10 year's of experience in a manufacturing industry or environment. Possesses well-developed communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Addresses inquiries and resolves problems by using appropriate resources/other departments to achieve results/answers. Present a professional attitude and handle confidential information according to non-disclosure guidelines. Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment. High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions. Ability to speak, read and write English with ability to work across global organization. Well-organized and detail oriented. Ability to interact professionally with internal customers at off-site locations within India. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated capacity to work with Microsoft Office Products, Lotus Notes, and other critical computer applications. Show more Show less
