Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Faridabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Experience with training and development programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
