About the Role

:We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our Human Resources function across all our 15 outlets. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, managing employee relations, streamlining recruitment, and ensuring compliance—all while supporting our brand’s mission of delivering excellence every day

Key Responsibilities

: • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance managemen

t • Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, labor laws) and maintain up-to-date employee record

s • Design HR policies and training programs that align with our company cultur

e • Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiative

s • Work closely with outlet managers to ensure smooth HR coordination across location

Required Skills & Qualifications

: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related fiel

d • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or F&

B • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance processe

s • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skill
