Role Summary:

Human Resource Manager

This role requires someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that Age Well continues to attract, retain, and nurture top talent across all its verticals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Lead the end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Performance Management:

  • Design and implement appraisal systems and key performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance evaluation and goal-setting.
  • Support leadership in talent development and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular feedback and satisfaction surveys to enhance retention.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage payroll and leave administration in compliance with company standards.
  • Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs for continuous employee development.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and consultants for workshops and learning modules.
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Culture & Communication:

  • Serve as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Uphold the company’s core values and ensure a consistent brand culture.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum

    5 years of HR experience

    , preferably in a corporate or wellness industry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in

    recruitment, policy creation, and employee development

    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite.
