Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Raipur for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase market share. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research Experience in Client Relationship Management and Networking Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Ability to create and execute Strategic Business Plans Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the food processing industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
