About Us:
We are a forward-thinking marketing agency seeking a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage our human resources and administrative functions. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance. If you’re passionate about people management and administrative excellence, we want you on our team.

Human Resources Duties:

* Conduct department-wise mandatory trainings (technical skills, soft skills, compliance) and ensure they’re completed on schedule.

* Partner with department leads to define productivity metrics, monitor team performance and address performance gaps.

* Develop and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives (health programs, feedback sessions, recognition).

* Build a safe and open communication culture — manage grievance processes, feedback loops, anonymous channels.

* Lead talent acquisition: recruitment, interviewing, selection, onboarding, promotions, transfers, exits.

* Drive performance management cycles — appraisals, goal-setting, growth plans, improvement plans.

* Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs and compliance (labor laws, local regulations).

* Maintain HR systems, records, dashboards and analytics (attrition rates, engagement metrics).

* Cultivate culture, values and organizational alignment as the agency grows.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years HR experience, ideally in growing or agency environments.

* Experience running trainings and upskilling programs.

* Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to work with department heads.

* Strong communication, conflict-resolution and mediation skills.

* Must be open to taking feedback positively and using it to improve processes and culture.

* Familiarity with HR tools / HRMS systems, data & analytics.

* Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.

* Proactive, solution-oriented and capable of owning HR end-to-end.

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
