Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, maintaining employee records, and providing support in training and development programs.
