Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The role will involve developing HR policies, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The position is on-site and located in Thiruvalla.

• Experience of a minimum of 10 years is mandatorily needed
