Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager located in RKMF campus at Sidhrawali, Delhi-Jaipur Highway, Gurgaon. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, such as recruitment, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) Management
• Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 5 years Experience

Compensation

Approx 8-10 lacs.
