Position: Human Resource Intern (Remote)

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)

Timing: 10:30 AM – 06:00 PM (Day Shift)

About the Role:

Wyreflow Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in Human Resource Management and exposure to the practical aspects of recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation.

Assist in drafting job postings and managing internship applications.

Coordinate with candidates and ensure smooth communication during hiring.

Support in organizing virtual onboarding activities.

Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection.

Work on HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
