Human Resources Intern

Role Overview: As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process, onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining HR records. Additionally, you will support HR projects and contribute to the overall functioning of the HR team. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination - Support onboarding activities and orientation sessions for new employees - Help organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building events - Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy - Provide administrative and documentation support to the HR team - Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys and training programs Qualifications Required: - Students or recent graduates pursuing MBA/PGDM/BBA with a specialization or interest in Human Resources - Strong interest in building a career in HR - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Additional Details: The company is offering full-time, fresher, and internship job types with a contract length of 2 months.
